Shipping Charges

All orders shipped Freight Collect F.O.B. Shipping Point. Freight charges are approxamately 12% of the total purchae order. If you prefer to prepay shipping, call our toll-free number or send email to kemper@infowest.com for estimated charges. In addition, we drop ship anywhere in the U.S.A. straight from the manufacturer.

Damaged Shipments
If merchandise is received in a damaged condition, call us at once. We will notify the shipper and follow through to make sure you receive a prompt resolution of your claim.
Returns and Exchanges
You must call Sam Andy for an authorization number before shipping any return. Pack the product carefully and return it to us freight prepaid. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, in saleable condition, we will issue a charge card credit, credit your open account or issue a refund check, depending upon your original method of payment. Returns that are shipped without authorization will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Any order discrepencies should be reported in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Stock Up Now, While Prices and Availability is Relatively Stable
